If appropriate, enter the URL of a page where the problem can be seen:
Individual tag wrangling page that doesn't currently have a syn

What steps will reproduce the problem?
      1. type in a few characters in the "Synonym of" field
      2. arrow down (or mouse click) correct tag in autocomplete
      3. press tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected: cursor on the "unwrangleable" box
witnessed: cursor on "AO3" in corner.

Because a tag won't be a syn of two different tags, it doesn't generate a "new" field
to hold the cursor, like it does for other boxes

Note that Safari and Firefox don't seem to have this issue.
