Reversi: Notes on required fields hard to read

Description

Updated Issue

When using Reversi, notes/descriptions or character counters on required fields are written in #2a2a2a, which makes them hard to read on a background of #111.

They should be #eee instead, like the character counters on non-required fields.

Just a heads up that I’ve updated the issue to explain this problem isn’t isolated to the abuse form.

We can submit a PR for the changes following AO3-5787.

Oops – this needs to be color, not background. Right now we made the wrong thing light grey.

Checked in example cases linked in issue, all are displaying using #eee. Screenshot verification available if necessary. (Jira needs better way to handle attached images. >.>)

Required field notes text shows up as #eee on all example pages. Yay!
