      Description

      Add <meta http-equiv="x-ua-compatible" content="ie=edge"> to the head of all layout pages.

      It forces Internet Explorer to display the webpage in EdgeHTML mode, which is the highest standards mode supported by IE. Read [https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj676915(v=vs.85).aspx|the page on specifying legacy document modes on msdn] for more info.

      Needs to be added to the application layout, the session and the error page.
