User's collections page has uninformative page title that is inconsistent with other title formats

What happens
The page title in the browser is "created by USERNAME."
What should happen
The page title should be "USERNAME - Collections," much like we have "USERNAME - Works," "USERNAME - Series," and "USERNAME - Bookmarks."

https://test.archiveofourown.org/users/testy/collections now has "testy - Collections | **TEST ARCHIVE**" as the page title – looks good!
