Series: Using "Remove Me As Author" on co-authored series does not update byline in meta

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in

  2. Post > New Work

  3. Fill in required information

  4. Check "Add co-creators?"

  5. Fill in the newly-revealed field with another user's name, e.g. testy4

  6. Check "This work is part of a series"

  7. Fill in "Or create and use a new one" with a name for your series, e.g. Test Series

  8. Press "Post Without Preview"

  9. From the posted work, follow one of the links to your series

  10. Choose "Remove Me As Author" on the series page

  11. Choose "OK" on the confirmation pop-up

What happens

  • The page reloads with the blue flash message, "You have been removed as an author from the series and its works."

  • The buttons for editing/managing the series are gone.

  • My name is removed from the work blurb.

  • The word "Creators" in the series meta is now "Creator."

  • However, it still lists two creators after "Creator."

So I am indeed removed from actually being a creator, but my name still appears in the byline.

What should happen instead
My name should be removed from the actual list of series creators. (In other words, it should now say, "Creator: testy4" in the meta.)

Notes
This is the same byline caching that causes some of the issues under the epic "Changes to pseud or username do not update all user creations."
