Entering a different password and password confirmation gives incorrect error message when changing passwords or creating account

Description

1. Log in
2. Hi, username! > My Dashboard > Profile > Edit My Profile > Change Password
3. Fill in "New password" with something, e.g. something1
4. Fill in "Confirm new password" with something different, e.g. something2
5. Fill in Password correctly with your current password
6. Press Change Password

What happens
I get an error message that says "Password confirmation doesn't match confirmation"

What should happen
I should get an error message that says "Password confirmation doesn't match new password"

Note:
This incorrect error message also appears if you enter a non-matching password and confirmation during account creation.

After AO3-5806, the message will say:

Sorry! We couldn't save this user because:

  • Password confirmation doesn't match Password

Tested on Firefox for Android using Testy and it gave me the message: “Password confirmation doesn’t match new password.” Success!

Changing password still works with the notice: "Your password has been changed. To protect your account, you have been logged out of all active sessions. Please log in with your new password."

Changing password with the wrong old password gets the error: "Your old password was incorrect".

Changing password with the right old password but mismatched new passwords gets the error:

Sorry! We couldn't save this user because:

  • Password confirmation doesn't match new password.

Looks good.
