Broken link: "Development" in the footer

per user, and verified:
> The link for "otwarchive v0.9.210.1.1" under "Development" at the bottom of the page doesn't work and just goes to a 404 at github.com.

5342 will be fixed when I do a deploy ( or I spend the time to do it ) ( Well the first automated deploy )

Closing because this got fixed at some point while 0.9.210.11 was still on production and remains fixed after deploying 0.9.211.55
