Different language sorting orders on works, filters versus support, abuse
Description
On the /works/new page and on the Filters bar, the list of Languages is sorted by the ISO Code (Abbreviation).
On the Support and Abuse forms, the list of Languages is sorted by alphabetical language name.
Tests: check if "Suomi" comes immediately before "Français" or way at the end; check if "עברית" is in the middle (he) or at the end.
