Updating a work causes work or its most recent chapter to be back dated to present day

Reports of users editing a single-chapter or a multi-chaptered work and finding that date has changed to present day upon saving.

Difficult to recreate, but the steps go as follows:

1. Go to a multi-chapter or single-chapter work and make changes to the body of the work.
2. Preview and save, or just hit save.
3. Navigate to the fandom tag and see the date of the work has changed to the date of the edit, and the work is appearing among recently posted/updated works in its fandom tag.
