Prompt Meme: Submitting prompts errors if the only field on the form is Title

Steps to reproduce

  1. Log in

  2. Browse > Collections > New Collection

  3. Fill in Collection name

  4. Fill in Display title

  5. Choose Prompt Meme for Type of challenge, if any

  6. Submit

  7. Make sure Sign-up open? is checked

  8. Under Request Settings, check both Required and Allowed for Title

  9. Uncheck Allowed for Description

  10. Fill in 0 for Allowed for all tag types

  11. Submit

  12. Follow the Prompt Form link

  13. Fill in the Title field

  14. Submit

The page reloads with red error messages and no prompts visible:

In order for the prompt to save, you have to edit the challenge settings to allow at least one type of tag. Allowing Details/Description or a URL won't cut it – it has to be a tag. You do not actually have to fill in the tag field on the prompt form.

This error does not happen if either Details/Description or URL is the only field required and allowed on the prompt form. It does happen if Title is allowed but not required.

I didn't check this on gift exchanges, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if it were a problem there, too.

What should happen

The prompt should be successfully submitted.
