Series bookmarks do not appear on tag's bookmark page when a work is edited to include a new tag or remove existing one

Steps to reproduce
Post a work in a series
Bookmark the series (not the work)
Wait a few minutes for the series bookmark to appear in the tags' bookmark listings
Edit the work to add a new canonical tag
Alternatively, you can edit the work to remove an existing canonical tag.
What happens
The series blurb is updated to include (or no longer include) the new tag. However, the bookmark of the series never appears on (or is never removed from) the bookmark listings for that tag, likely because the series is not reindexed. (See also AO3-3726, AO3-4540, AO3-5353.)
What should happen
Bookmarks of the series should appear on the bookmark listings for the newly-added tag. (If you're removing a tag, the bookmark should disappear from the listings for the removed tag.)
