Update Code Climate exclusions
Description
Our Code Climate config file only excludes the script directly from analysis, which means it sometimes yells at us for silly things like having long or repetitive Cucumber step definitions.
Their exclusion documentation recommends the following defaults:
We should add the ones that apply to us.
