Forced Logout page should tell users about workaround

Support has found a workaround for AO3-5396, and therefore we'd like to update the Forced Logout/Lost Cookie page text.

Where it currently says, "If you continue to have problems logging in, please contact Support," it should be updated to say:

If you continue to have problems logging in, please try using the <a href="/login">Log In</a> page. If you still have problems after trying that, please <a href="/support">contact Support</a>.

Testing
Go to the URL above and confirm the text is updated and the links work.
