If either committee changes the portal or department name on the ticket tracker, it will break the submission of tickets. This is problematic if, for example, the Abuse Committee changes its name to Policy & Abuse Committee and wants their ticket tracker to reflect that.
On staging, submit an abuse report and a support ticket and make sure the committees get them in their ticket trackers
When this is deployed to beta, have one or both committees change their department/portal info, and have james_ update the config file to reflect the changes. Then submit a ticket and make sure it arrives.
