What happens

The email that the prompter gets contains the following information:

[Title] (X words)
by [Creator]
Fandom: [Fandom]

Summary:
[Summary]

What should happen

To give the prompter a better idea of what they’re getting into, it should contain roughly the same info (and formatting) as a subscription email:

[Title] (X words)
by [Creator]

Chapters: [Y/Z]
Fandom: [Fandoms]
Rating: [Rating]
Warnings: [Warnings]
Relationships: [Relationships]
Characters: [Characters]
Additional Tags: [Freeforms]
Series: [Series]

Bonus

The subject line should be in sentence case, i.e. “A response to your prompt.”

Ideally, this would be some sort of partial that could be reused between , , and anywhere else we decide would benefit from more information.
