Remove %{type} from the co-creator emails and standardize OD/Support link placeholders in invitation to claim emails (OD)

Description

Issue 1

What happens:
On the co-creator notification emails (user_mailer.creatorship_invitation and user_mailer.creatorship_notification_archivist), there's a %{type} variable. This variable can be replaced by different things (work, series, chapter) which have different grammatical genders for several languages, making it impossible to translate this string accurately.

What should happen:
Instead of a variable, there should be different versions of the affected paragraphs for each type of creation, making translation easier.

Issue 2

What happens:

There’s some inconsistency in the strings used to refer to Open Doors and Support in the user_mailer.invitation_to_claim email:

  • “by %{open_doors_link}” (= “Open Doors”)

  • “imported by Open Doors (%{open_doors_link})” (= actual link)

  • “please %{support_link}.” (= “contact Support”)

  • “please contact Support at %{support_link}.” (= actual link)

This can be confusing for translators working on this email.

What should happen:

It would be easier if these links were named more consistently.
