Links to admin post translations cannot be clicked in desktop Chrome if the first language listed is RTL

Description

Steps to reproduce

  1. In Google Chrome on a computer, log in as admin

  2. Create an admin post:

    1. Admin Posts > Post AO3 News

    2. Fill in required information

    3. Press "Post"

  3. Now create a translation of that admin post in either Arabic or Hebrew:

    1. Admin Posts > Post AO3 News

    2. Fill in required information

    3. Select the desired language

    4. In the "Translation of" field, use the autocomplete to enter the title of the post you created

    5. Press "Post"

  4. Now follow the steps above to create another translation of that first admin post, this time in a LTR language that comes after Arabic or Hebrew when sorted alphabetically (e.g. in French if your first translation was Arabic or Italian if you first translation was Hebrew)

What happens
When you go to the English version of the admin post, there is a list of translations near the top of the post.

If you are in Chrome on a computer, you cannot easily click either translation to access it. If the list of translations spans multiple lines, however, the languages in the second line are clickable.

This is definitely broken in

  • Chrome 81.0.4044.122 on macOS 10.15.4. (It was also broken in an earlier version of Chrome on the same macOS version, but unfortunately, I don't know what version because the update was already downloading, which wipes out the current version number.)

  • Chrome 81.0.4044.113 on Windows 10, version 1903

  • Chrome: 81.0.4044.122 (Official Build) (64-bit), OS: Windows 10, Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.778)

  • Chrome: 81.0.4044.113, OS: Windows 10, version 1903 (OS Build: 18362.778)

  • Vivaldi 3.0 on Linux Kubuntu 19.04

It is definitely not broken in

  • Safari 13.1 on macOS 10.15.4

  • Firefox 75.0 on macOS 10.15.4
