Escaped HTML on heading of various collection pages

Steps to reproduce

  1. Log in

  2. Browse > Collections > New Collection

  3. Fill in the form to create a new gift exchange with a title that will cause the error

    • Use a < in the "Display title" field, e.g. "Gifts You'll <3"

    • For "Type of challenge, if any," select "Gift Exchange"

  4. Press "Submit"

  5. On the challenge settings page, set up the gift exchange so sign-ups will be visible

    • Check "Requests visible?"

  6. Press "Submit"

What happens

If you follow any of these links in the collection sidebar, you'll notice the heading uses &lt; in the collection name:

  • Subcollections says, "Challenges/Subcollections in Gifts You'll &lt;3"

  • Sign-up Form says, "Sign Up for Gifts You'll &lt;3"

  • Sign-ups says, "Sign-ups for Gifts You'll &lt;3"

  • Sign-up Summary says, "Sign-up Summary for Gifts You'll &lt;3"

  • Requests Summary says, "Prompts for Gifts You'll &lt;3"

  • Matching says, "Matching for Gifts You'll &lt;3"

  • People says, "Participants in Gifts You'll &lt;3"

  • Challenge Settings says, "Setting Up the Gifts You'll &lt;3 Gift Exchange"
