Escaped HTML in success message when deleting work with symbols like < in the title

Description

Steps to reproduce

 1. Log in

 2. Post > New Work

 3. Fill in required fields, and for the title, enter something like, "What does the <strike>fox</strike> subscription emails"

 4. Post

 5. Edit > Delete Work

 6. Confirm you want to delete the work

What happens

The blue flash notice says, Your work What does the <strike>fox</strike> subscription email say? was deleted.

What should happen

It should say, Your work What does the <strike>fox</strike> subscription email say? was deleted.

(The testing instructions seem to give the same message for "what happens" and "what should happen", but I assume that's a byproduct of JIRA. Tested on Beta and got "Your work A test of & lt ;strike& gt ;HTML& lt ;/strike& gt ; in work titles was deleted." (without the spaces))

Posted a work with a title containing HTML tags. Deleted the work.

Got flash message, "Your work A test of <strike>deleting works</strike> with HTML in the title was deleted."

Looks good!
