Make help pop up for the sorting menu in the Advanced search form

What archive revision are you testing on? otwarchive test-0.9.2.13

If appropriate, enter the URL of a page where the problem can be seen: http://testarchive.transformativeworks.org/works/search

Though most options are self explanatory, the 'Best Match' one may be confusing. It
would be best to have a help pop up explaining them all.
