Browser page titles for collection pages missing information

Description

Steps to reproduce

You can reproduce this by browsing existing collections while logged out, but if you don’t have any on your environment:

  1. Log in

  2. Browse > Collections > New Collection

  3. Fill in required information

  4. Submit

  5. Use the sidebar navigation to access the Profile, Subcollections, Fandoms, Tags, and People pages, and note the page title provided in your browser tab/window

What happens

The page titles are just “Collection Title | Archive of Our Own.”

What should happen

The page titles should give some more information about the page you’re on, like the collection’s Works and Bookmarked Items pages do. Those pages use “Collection Title - Works” and “Collection Title - Bookmarks” ahead of the pipe and site name, so let’s use that format:

  • Collection Title - Profile

  • Collection Title - Subcollections

  • Collection Title - Fandoms

  • Collection Title - Tags

  • Collection Title - People

It would arguably be helpful to add the Collection Title to the page titles for the settings and manage items pages, but we don’t do that for things like works at the moment, so let’s just do the pages that can be accessed by anyone, not just mods/owners.

all pages have the “collection name - page name” format! tested with a new collection I made and someone else’s collection and both had the same result.
