Gift recipient notification email doesn't contain enough information about the work

Description

Steps to reproduce

  1. Log in

  2. Post > New Work

  3. Fill in desired information

  4. Fill in “Gift this work to” with the name of a user whose email you can access (or who will show you the email) and who doesn't have gift emails turned off in their preferences

  5. Post Without Preview

What happens

The email that the gift recipient gets contains the following information:

[Title] (X words)
by [Creator]
Fandom: [Fandom]

Summary:
[Summary]

What should happen

To give the recipient a better idea of what they’re getting into, it should contain roughly the same info (and formatting) as a subscription email:

[Title] (X words)
by [Creator]

Chapters: [Y/Z]
Fandom: [Fandoms]
Rating: [Rating]
Warnings: [Warnings]
Relationships: [Relationships]
Characters: [Characters]
Additional Tags: [Freeforms]
Series: [Series]

Summary:
[Summary]

Bonus

The subject line should be in sentence case, i.e. “A gift work for you.” Done in https://otwarchive.atlassian.net/browse/AO3-6103

Ideally, this would be some sort of partial that could be reused between https://otwarchive.atlassian.net/browse/AO3-5763, https://otwarchive.atlassian.net/browse/AO3-5764, and anywhere else we decide would benefit from more information.

Tried with required tags only and no summary, and again with some optional fields but not all; both times, the lines relating to the fields that had no content did not appear in the email.

Fandom, warning, relationship, character, and additional tags are sensitive to pluralization.

Chapters, rating, and series are not sensitive to pluralization.

Looks good.

All the info is there, but I’m also getting a weird little failed-image loading thing before the gifter’s username:

That’s a screenshot of it in Chrome, but it also looks like that (with a slightly different failed-image icon) in Thunderbird. I tried it initially on an account that had no icon uploaded and noticed it then, so I tried it again with Testy (which does have an icon, or did at the time I posted the gift work) and it still happened. When I click on the broken image icon, it is linked to the same URL as the username (the user’s dashboard).

ETA: OK, I’m told that’s just because staging’s password-protection blocks emails from seeing images. Looks good then!

ETA2: Tried again and when there’s more than one Additional Tag, it becomes Additional Tags. \o/
